How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is a flat rate of USD 8 within the United States. There are no tariffs or customs duty on goods purchased within the United States.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items purchased in person.

Where are my orders shipped from?

Your orders are shipped from Hoboken, NJ.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks for domestic orders. For made-to-order items, it can take 3-4 weeks to process your order.

Some orders may take longer to reach you, depending on your region/pin code/country. We try our best to process orders quickly and get them to you sooner than the indicated time.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from us via email. Please check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox. You can also email us on hello@harkoi-nyc.com in case of an issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

How do I care for the products?

We take a lot of care to use the best fabrics and good quality of crafts to ensure our clothes can be worn, layered, mixed-matched and treasured for a long time.

For all our cotton apparel, we recommend dry clean or hand washing garments inside out with a mild detergent. Do not keep garments soaked in water and do not scrub hard. Wash with similar colored garments. Air dry them on a clothes hanger or clothing line away from direct sunlight. A small sustainable tip is to wear them more than once without washing if they are not soiled to extend their life. 

For apparel with embellishments, we recommend dry clean only.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes and no. Why? At Harkoi Studio, we try to incorporate practices to reduce waste, make smaller quantities, use natural fabrics (absolutely no synthetic fabrics or fabric mixes), no bleaches or harsh chemicals, use AZO-free pigments and buttons that are natural materials like brass, shell, corozo, or wood. By trying to make quality, ethical apparel, we try to create less wastage and hopefully begin a cycle of sustainability - where you focus on quality and buy less but wear that piece for a long time to come. We cannot say we are 100% sustainable, as that is an impossible task when you are creating products for consumption. But we try our best to minimize our impact on the planet and on what we consume/buy/purchase.

Can I customize my order?

Currently, we do not offer customs on our products.
