Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.

Domestic Shipping is free of cost.

International shipping is INR 1600 or approximately USD 20. Customer
is responsible for any custom or import duties.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items purchased in person.

Your orders are shipped from Goa, India.

Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks for domestic orders. For made-to-order items, it can take 3-4 weeks to process your order. For international orders, it can take up
to 4-5 weeks to get to you after your order has been processed.

Some orders may take longer to reach you, depending on your region/pin code/country. We try our best to process orders quickly and get them to you sooner than the indicated time.

We offer international shipping at a
flat rate of INR 1600 or approximately USD 20 shipping.

The customer bears any customs, duties, and additional costs incurred in the receiving country. Returns and exchanges on international orders are not accepted at the moment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from us via email. Please check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox. You can also email us on harkoiorders@gmail.com in case of an issue.

For purchases made in India, we accept UPI like Gpay, Netbanking through Razorpay, CCAvenue, Stripe and most cards except Diners, on our website.

International customers can also pay via Paypal and can write to us at harkoiorders@gmail.com to use this option.

We take a lot of care to use the best
fabrics and good quality of crafts to ensure our clothes can be worn, layered, mixed-matched and treasured for a long time.

For all our cotton apparel, we
recommend hand washing garments inside out with a mild detergent. Do not keep
garments soaked in water and do not scrub hard. Wash with similar coloured garments. Air dry them on a clothes hanger or clothing line away from direct sunlight. A small sustainable tip is to wear them more than once without washing if they are not soiled to extend their life. 

For apparel with embellishments, we recommend dry clean only.

Yes and no. Why? At Harkoi Studio, we try to incorporate practices to reduce waste, make smaller quantities, use natural fabrics (absolutely no synthetic fabrics or fabric mixes), no bleaches or harsh chemicals, use AZO-free pigments and buttons that are natural materials like brass, shell, or wood. By trying to make quality, ethical
apparel, we try to create less wastage and hopefully begin a cycle of sustainability - where you focus on quality and buy less but wear that piece for a long time to come. We cannot say we are 100% sustainable, as that is an impossible task when you are creating products for consumption. But we try our best to minimize our impact on the planet and on what we consume/buy/purchase.

While we do not offer custom sizes, we are happy accommodate minor adjustments to the length of a garment for a nominal fee. Please reach out to us with any related queries.
