Return & Exchange Policy
Domestic Orders (Within the USA)
At Harkoi, every piece is handmade with care and intention. To support our commitment to mindful production and reducing waste, we offer size exchanges but do not accept returns unless an item is defective.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date shown on the courier tracking information).
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges may be made for:

A different size of the same item, or
-
Another item of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid before shipment)
How to Request an Exchange

Reason for the exchange

Details of the replacement item or size requested
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers are responsible for items until they are received by Harkoi.

Items sent back without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the exchange has been approved.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at harkoiorders@gmail.com.

Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item
If the item is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a refund upon return and inspection of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept claims for damage caused by wear, improper care, misuse, or normal use after delivery.
International Orders
We are not currently offering international shipping through our website.
If you are interested in purchasing from outside the United States, please contact us at harkoiorders@gmail.com for assistance.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

Items purchased in person at markets, pop-ups, trunk shows, or other retail events
We encourage customers to carefully inspect in-person purchases before completing their transaction.
